We love all our liquid spices from Spray Gourmet! They use true spice extract to make easy, concentrated spices. No measuring cups needed with their spray conversions on the side of the bottle!

Here is our Asian Zing wing sauce recipe:
-1/2 c white vinegar
-3/4 c water
-5 cloves garlic minced
-1/2 cime juice
-1 c honey
-4tbs cherry juice
-1 tbs soy sauce
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 tsp red pepper flakes
-3/4c brown sugar
-8 sprays liquid ginger
-mix and bring to a boil, add 4tsp cornstarch mixed with 1tbs water to thicken sauce
-grill wings, then coat in sauce
-Enjoy!

We rubbed the thawed chicken legs and breasts with fresh garlic, then sprinkled with sea salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Grill on indirect medium heat on the top rack for 45 minutes. When skin begins to crisp, then add about 6 sprays of pepper while on the grill. So easy, but a perfect combination!

Here's our apple crisp recipe:
-8 large apples, peeled and sliced
-1/2 c sugar
-3/4 c water
-6 pumps of liquid cinnamon
-Simmer apples, sugar, and cinnamon in the water on medium heat for 8 minutes.
-Mix 1/2 c flour, 3/4 c brown sugar, 1 stick butter in bowl to make crumble.
-Butter pie pan. Place drained, cooked apples in pan, top with crumble.
-Bake at 350 for 25 min.

How was y’all’s Valentine’s Day yesterday?! ♥️ Did you go out or stay in?? If you saw my stories then you know we stayed in and cooked at home which I always love to do. Speaking of cooking at home, I thought I would share with you all a quick and easy side dish idea. I always love to make roasted vegetables such as broccolini and I love to use my spraygourmet liquid black pepper to season it with! Just toss it in some olive oil, add the pepper, some salt, garlic powder, and/or whatever other seasonings you want. And then roast in the oven at 425 for about 15-20 minutes. It went perfectly with this air fryer chicken Parmesan I made a few weeks ago! Super easy and delicious 😋 I will share more in detail about it in my stories later today so be sure to check it out too 😉

My grandmother Rachel's used to make these for shabbat brunch as well as Hanukkah.
There's another version with ground chicken which you can easily add to the recipe below and adjust seasoning. happy holidays, enjoy. ❤
Ingredients:
2 medium /large russet potatoes
1 medium yellow onion
2 tablespoons chickpeas or all-purpose flour
vegetable or avocado oil, for frying
Spray of Black Pepper to taste
Sea salt to taste
1 teaspoon Turmeric
Cumin to taste
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 to 2 large eggs:
instructions:
Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender,
Onve cooled mash in a mixing bowl.
Add the chopped onion into bowl
Add the eggs, flour, scallions, parsley, cilantro, cumin, turmeric salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Fill a large nonstick skillet with vegetable oil and heat the oil over medium-high heat.
When oil is warm and ready, shape the potato mixture into round patties of desired size.
Working in batches, add the patties to the hot oil and fry until they are deep golden-brown and crispy, two to three minutes on each side. Transfer to the paper towels to drain. Repeat to cook the remaining patties.
Feel free to Serve with lemon tahini, yogurt sauce, labneh and Za'atar and some chilled white wine.
