No Cook Fresh Salsa Recipe

3 Cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno(pepper including seeds)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 sprays cumin
2 sprays black pepper
For extra heat 1-3 sprays of chilli

Chop all ingredients and store in the fresh. Taste improves with time. Can last in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
