Cheeseburger Soup
• 6 slices of bacon
• 12 oz ground beef
• 3 cups beef broth
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp spicy mustard
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 sprays SG Liquid Black Pepper
• 2 sprays SG Liquid Cumin
• 1-3 sprays of SG Liquid Chili (careful, it’s hot)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 3 slices dill pickle, diced
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
Cook hamburger meat. As that is cooking, add other ingredients to large pot and simmer. Add in hamburger meat. Serve and top with additional cheese and bacon.
